We can also provide further assistance to accredited journalists, including; contact information for potential interviews, itinerary suggestions, accommodations assistance, dining recommendations, and referrals to regional Tourism contacts, whom may be able to provide additional assistance.

Image Use Guidelines

Upon request, we can forward images from our photo library. You can see sample photos on our Flickr Photostream on our website.

NOTE: Unless otherwise stated, all images remain the property of Gayvan.com Travel Marketing; therefore the following guidelines must be agreed to before use.

 

The user(s) of Gayvan.com photo images must agree to:

Refrain from re-selling the image(s) or using the image(s) for personal, retail or commercial purposes (i.e. cannot be used for postcards, books, calendars, proposals, private advertising, etc.). Any special requests must be directed to the Gayvan.com Travel Marketing.

Credit Gayvan.com Travel Marketing all times. If a photo credit is not included, use of the photo may be subject to a $200 usage fee by Gayvan.com Travel Marketing.

Use the image(s) only in the specific promotion of the Vancouver region, or other destinations in Canada. (For example, a Vancouver Pride image may be used to promote Vancouver Pride, but not Pride in general.)

Discontinue use after assignment completion. This includes use in any printed materials, advertising, promotions, websites, or email campaigns. Failure to do so may result in a charge from Gayvan.com Travel Marketing.
