Free copies of our 11th annual Gay Friendly Vancouver - In Town Guide are available in print at the Tourism Vancouver Visitor Centre, the BC Visitor Centre at the Peace Arch on the Canada/U.S.A. border, at various locations throughout Davie Village and other parts of Vancouver. Our 10th annual Gay Friendly Canada guide print edition came off the press in December and was distributed coast to coast, as well as in Las Vegas, Whistler and Vancouver in January. Digital editions of both publications are also available on the right side of this page.
On mainstream stages in Vancouver, "A Brimful of Asha", "The Odd Couple" and "Driving Miss Daisy" are features currently running or coming up soon at Arts Club Theatre venues, Theatre Sports have a full lineup of Comedy Improv or Improv Test Kitchen, and check out The Cultch to see What's On and coming up. There are also amazing exhibits at the Maritime Museum, Bill Reid Gallery and the Vancouver Art Gallery. "Michael Buble" is coming home for a visit, CHER's Dressed to Kill Tour tiks are on sale and Lady GaGa's Artpop tour date for Vancouver is set for May.
Of course, there's lots on the calendar in Davie Village and other venues around town, as party animals line up for "Tuesdays @ Celebrities", "Cocky Thursdays" at 1181, "Liberace Thursdays" at Celebrities, nightly DJ's at the PumpJack and Carlotta Gurl celebrates the third anniversary of her "Absolutly Dragulous" Show at at The Junction. "The Bobbers" are back with their hiliarious comedy nights, "The Show" with Myria Le Noir, "Thickset" and "Truckerdisco" are all on at Heaven's Door.
"Joan - Eleveneightone" is on at 1181, "Monroe" is a TFD night at the Oasis, there's the long running Sunday "Kegger" at the PumpJack and check out the warm fireplace on the patio of The Fountainhead to take the chill off after a stroll in Davie Village. Karaoke Box is also on every night upstairs at Numbers Cabaret if you want to test the vocal chords.
