Vancouver has a thriving lesbian community that offers a wide range of events and activities year round.
Commercial Drive, known locally as “The Drive” is a popular neighbourhood for Vancouver’s lesbian community. This funky, East side neighbourhood is packed with great, reasonably price ethnic restaurants, cafes, shops and services.
East Side Pride takes place in the heart of The Drive and is an Official Pride Event to help the VPS kick off Pride Season on June. The East Side Pride Dance takes place that evening with entertainment and dance. The Drive can be easily accessed by car and transit.
Off The Drive, there are also many exciting events that take place at various locations throughout the city.

Flygirl Productions – Where The Girls Are! SWEET Fridays – is THE once a month Friday lesbian hot spot where the girls are hot, the dancefloor is hopping and the atmosphere is elegant, warm and welcoming. Come as you are.
